CharterDevelopment 101 is an intensive workshop designed to help communities and individuals understand the scope and the rigors of the charter petitioning process. CharterDevelopment 101 will be offered monthly at 600 W. Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309, in the 12th floor training room.
Charter Development 101 will cover:
- The听charter听landscape in Georgia
- Developing听your founding board
- The intent of the听Charter听Law in Georgia
- Educational innovation
- Developing听a mission statement
- Community engagement and support
- GaDOE Guidelines
- Next Steps 鈥� establishing a timeline
- Q & A
