In August, two new public charter schools opened their doors to Georgia families. (ASA) is a tuition-free, public charter school serving fifth through eighth-graders in southwest Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia. The newly opened public charter school is an alumni member of Georgia Charter Schools Association鈥檚 Charter Incubator Program. (NCA) is a state-funded, public charter school located in Cobb County serving Georgia students in grades K-6. NCA is a replication of the highly successful Atlanta Classical Academy, an Atlanta Public charter school.
