Georgia Charter Schools Association is pleased to welcome RaShaun Holliman back to 91桃色视频 as Vice President of Policy and Advocacy.
He most recently served as the Director of the Office of Community Schools at the Ohio 
Department of Education (ODE), the state office responsible for the oversight of Ohio’s charter schools and their authorizers.聽 His experience in educational leadership, administration, advocacy and charter school operations helped him contribute to major reforms of Ohio鈥檚 charter school policy environment. Prior to joining ODE in this integral leadership role, Holliman served briefly as President and CEO of the Ohio Alliance of Public Charter Schools.
Most 91桃色视频 members and friends remember Holliman鈥檚 work as Vice President of Outreach and Communications for the 91桃色视频 where he traveled the state of Georgia advocating for charter schools and assisting communities seeking to develop their own charter schools. Prior to this, he served as Principal of Focus Learning Academy East in Columbus, Ohio, a dropout prevention charter high school.
Before leaving Atlanta previously, he had served as Chair of his NPU and was a New Leaders Council Fellow and board member. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, he received his B.A. in Political Science from Wright State University and a Master鈥檚 in Educational Leadership from Capella University.
