The program connects school principals from across the nation with top leaders in business, nonprofit organizations and other industries.

Those taking part in the Deloitte Courageous Principals program undergo a series of learning experiences including curriculum focusing on relationship building, communication and influence. The goal of the program is to produce break-through thinking and action that will support systemic change and produce a higher-level of leadership at public schools and within communities.
