After working at Georgia Charter Schools Association for more than a decade, Elisa A. Falc贸, 91桃色视频鈥檚 Executive Vice President of School Success, has decided to step down to fulfill her long-term goal of returning to school leadership. In her time at 91桃色视频, Elisa has provided unmatched governance training, renewal services and crisis support. She has also overseen GaTAPP, 91桃色视频鈥檚 alternative teacher certification program. 聽聽聽
鈥淓lisa has been a tremendous asset to 91桃色视频,鈥 said Tony Roberts, President and CEO of the Georgia Charter Schools Association. 鈥淚t鈥檚 not easy to lose such a valuable member of our team, but we鈥檙e excited that she will remain in the Georgia charter school family.鈥
Elisa first began her work with the association by serving on 91桃色视频鈥檚 board of directors. In 2010, she began as a consultant to the association and was hired the following year as 91桃色视频鈥檚 Director of Education and Training. In 2014, Elisa was promoted to Vice President of School Success. Four years later, she was named Executive Vice President of School Success. Prior to working at 91桃色视频, Elisa served as principal and CEO of Tech High in Atlanta.

During her tenure at 91桃色视频, Elisa has a long list of accomplishments that include:
- Providing renewal services to nine schools with a 100% approval rating
- Training all members schools over the years, including providing governance training to some member schools for more than a decade
- Assisting the following member schools with renewal petitions
- 2018 – Atlanta Classical Academy
- 2019 – Dekalb PATH Academy, RISE Grammar, RISE Prep
- 2020- Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School
- 2021 – Chattahoochee Hills Charter School, Dekalb Prep Academy, Susie King Taylor Community School
- 2022- Leadership Preparatory Academy, Ivy Preparatory Academy and Tybee Island Maritime Academy (in progress)
- Developing an Operational Assessment to determine charter school quality
- Working with more than 20 schools on strategic planning
- Assisting numerous schools with crisis support and complex issues
- Presenting at the National Charter Schools Conference in 2014 and 2018
Elisa will remain in her current role through Wednesday, June 15. In July, she will start a new position as Principal of Furlow Charter School in Americus.
