BOARD BOOSTS: Board Boost is a forum of 60-minute sessions, where we tackle some of the most common governance challenges and explore critical topics, such as succession planning, onboarding, academic oversight, and effective school leader oversight.聽 During these sessions, participants will engage with members of other boards to share solutions from the field during our facilitated discussions. During these sessions, you will learn of best practices and receive resources you can use immediately to boost the effectiveness of your board. !
